8. Payments

Fees, currencies, taxes, and payment schedules for services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Late payments may pause work and may incur interest or recovery costs as allowed by law and the governing agreement. Refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund Policy and any project-specific contract.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers
